Jay S. Ginsburg has been practicing real estate law in the Houston area for over 35 years. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. His practice includes closing a large number of real estate transactions on behalf of Chicago Title Insurance Company, one of the nation's leading title insurers. He has been involved in the title insurance industry for over 35 years.
Jay is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law. Jay received both his Bachelor of Arts and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston, and stands today as one of the university's proudest alumni. High points of his service at the school include a term as president of the UH Alumni Association and an adjunct professorship with the UH Law Center, where he taught advanced real estate law courses. Jay's dedication to the University of Houston has been recognized with the Order of the Barons law school honor and the John Van Ness Award for Outstanding Service. And his seats at Cougar football and basketball games are basically reserved for life.
A native Texan, Jay and his wife Beverly live in Bellaire.
Jason I. Ginsburg has been a member of the State Bar of Texas for over 5 years. He joined Jay S. Ginsburg, P.C. after receiving his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston.
A native Texan, Jason and his wife Rebecca live in the Montrose area of Houston. He is currently President of First Montrose Commons Neighborhood Association.
Mayur M. Patel has been a member of the State Bar of Texas for over 5 years. He received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston's C. T. Bauer College of Business. He was a solo-practioner in his own real estate and litigation practice prior to joining Jay S. Ginsburg, P.C. in the summer of 2010.
Mayur and his wife Sheetal, along with their two sons Vir and Yas, live in the Memorial Park area of Houston.
